Homemade Baby Wipes

On September 4, 2012 by babylady

I found this wonderful recipe for Homemade Baby Wipes on Pinterest a number of months ago. The recipe includes paper towels,  organic baby wash and coconut oil. I was going to wait to post it until I had a chance to try it myself and give my own 2 cents on the product, but alas I haven’t got around to it. But it seems unfair to withhold it from you for this reason, doesn’t it?

If you are looking for a truly green solution to cleaning your baby’s bottom, of course cloth wipes are the way to go. But for those times when convenience rivals your eco-friendly conscience, this is a great alternative to the store bought wipes.

Please check out this awesome recipe and instructional at www.whitehouseblackshutters.com.

She has even included a printable version to keep on hand or give to a friend. How smart! Thank you Ann Marie.

  • Hi Jen! Thanks so much for featuring our wipes. I’ve been using them for over three years now and they’ve saved us money and saved us from many rashes, I’m sure. The recipe can easily be adapted and used along with squares of flannel for cloth wipes. The regular wipes work for us, but I have many friends who use and love them.

Thanks again, hope you get to try them! :)
